If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, just let us know — we’ll make it right.

How it works:

1. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number

2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (on us)

3. Send it back, relax, and we’ll issue your refund

Quick notes (promise this is painless):

• Items must be returned in original condition

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the return
